KIM KARDASHIAN SERVES KRIS HUMPHRIES WITH DIVORCE PAPERS ALREADY

Kardashian, 31, lists the date of separation as today, Oct. 31, 2011, and cites the usual "irreconcilable differences," according to her Los Angeles Superior Court filing.

She also says the couple has a prenuptial agreement and she doesn't want to pay spousal support to Humphries.

A source close to Kardashian tells PEOPLE that she "wanted a fairy tale" but that the couple found "the pressure of the TV show just isn't what they could have handled."

The filing comes after weeks of speculation of trouble in their brief marriage.

Kardashian said living in New York City with her sister Kourtney, her boyfriend Scott Disick and their baby was "not ideal"  for the newlyweds.

JIM JONES BOTCHED ROBBERY ATTEMPT IN HARLEM (STORY INSIDE)

After rumors popped up about a violent altercation in Harlem, Jim Jones Got to share his side of the story. Miss Info asked Jimmy what happened on Monday and he summed it up as a "botched robbery." Jim: "I was in Harlem, alone, when three men stepped to me," he said. "Well the first guy, I beat the shit out of him, then the second guy jumped in with a metal pipe. I was so amped up I didn't even feel him hitting me with it. I was still putting a beating on the first guy. But when the third guy pulled out a gun, I got out of there. I left. Anyone with a brain would do the same."

When asked if Jimmy knew what they were after, and he brought up the fact that he's always wearing jewelry, but when asked why he was out with his jewelry, in Harlem, dolo...Jim quickly conceded, "That was a stupid mistake. I know that. I'm human and that's where I slipped up. It won't happen again." Jim says that after the altercation, he went straight to the studio to work on his mixtape. And he says that he's fine, unscathed, and back at work today too. As for the rumors that this incident is related to another beef, he dismissed them and said they weren't worth addressing.

UPDATE: It's been reported that Jim Jones has been jumped and robbed in Harlem by his ex-manager, Yandy Smith, boyfriend. Supposedly Jim Jones left an early morning studio session and got into an argument with Yandy's boyfriend. Later he went to one of Harlem projects to confront the same guy where he got chased by goons who beat him down. The beef stemmed from Jimmy being dumped by his manager, Yandy, because she could no longer vibe with his girlfriend, Chrissy. The two ladies reportedly got into a fist fight earlier this week. Let's hope this is the last of the violence and it doesn't escalate from here, LETS HERE SOME MUZIK CAPO!

SOULJA BOY ARRESTED ON GUN AND DRUG CHARGES

Soulja boy was arrested early this morning for weed possession ... The 21-year-old rapper -- real name De Andre Cortez Way was pulled over early this morning by Temple Police Department officers in Temple, GA at 3:15 AM.

 Soulja was riding in an Escalade with 4 other men, which was originally pulled over for a traffic violation. We're told ... during the stop, cops found a "substantial amount" of marijuana and cash inside the vehicle." Soulja and the 4 other men were all arrested. Soulja is still being held in Carrol County Jail.

Later during the search officers also found guns inside the car -- though it's unclear if any of the men had the proper licenses to be in possession of the firearms.  We're told an investigation is underway.

One source with knowledge of the situation tells us there was roughly $70,000 in cash and drugs in the car. All 5 men were arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.We're told the Escalade Soulja was riding in was part of a car service -- and the driver was one of the five men arrested...

KANYE WEST SET TO DROP GOOD MUSIC ALBUM TOP OF SPRING 2012

Kanye West hasn’t been tweeting very much as of late, but the Chicago native has spoken via Twitter and he’s revealed that he wants to release a compilation album with the cohorts on his label. The producer/rapper simply tweeted, “GOODMUSIC.THE ALBUM.SPRING2012.”
Further details are scant, but West has assembled a well rounded roster of artists that includes, Pusha-T, Mos Def, Common, CyHi Da Prynce, Big Sean, Kid Cudi and others. The compilation CD will be the culmination of several releases. Big Sean and Kanye West have albums that have garnered hits songs as well as acclaim. Pusha-T, Common and Kid Cudi are working on new material and are expected to drop this year. Others, like CyHi and Mr. Hudson, are expected to release music in 2012.

CHAD DAWSON SLAMS BENARD HOPKINS SEPARATING HIS SHOULDER & ENDING FIGHT POSSIBLY CAREER

Bernard Hopkins has an appeal set over a controversial finish and rehabilitation ahead for a significant shoulder injury. When those issues are settled, Hopkins will have a new priority at the top of his list. Finding his next opponent. The 46-year-old Hopkins told The Associated Press on Monday he will not retire because of his injured left shoulder and the disputed call that cost him his WBC light heavyweight championship. "I am going to fight again because I'm still the champion," he said. "I believe I will be the champion once the proper channels are being taken". Hopkins watched replays of his fight against Chad Dawson and still can't believe the bizarre fashion in which he lost the title on Saturday night. He was stopped for the first time in a 23-year career when Dawson dumped him to the canvas late in the second round. No punch, more of a push. Referee Pat Russell ruled there was no foul and the belt was awarded to Dawson via TKO.

The oldest fighter to win a major championship, Hopkins (52-6-2) dislocated the joint connecting his collarbone and shoulder blade. He was scheduled for an MRI Monday on the injured left shoulder. Hopkins needs rehab no matter the outcome -- but his next fight could be deep into next year if a severe tear or worse is revealed."My career will not end, and has no reason to end, based on Saturday night," Hopkins said. "For what?" Golden Boy Promotions chief executive Richard Schaefer says the result will be appealed to the California State Athletic Commission either Monday or Tuesday. He will ask the WBC and Ring Magazine to continue to recognize Hopkins as the champion."It's very clear Chad lifted his legs," Schaefer said.

The WBC posted a statement on its website Monday night that it received a "firm protest" from Golden Boy. The WBC said it is reviewing video of the bout and hoped to have a decision by the end of the week. Acclaimed professor and activist Dr. Cornel West was arrested with 18 others on the steps of the Supreme Court building in Washington DC on Saturday during a local demonstration with the growing Occupy Wall Street movement. Dr. West says that he was in Washington earlier in the day to witness President Barak Obama’s dedication of the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial, only to join protesters hours later at Freedom Plaza on Pennsylvania Avenue. It is there that activists have been congregating for over a week down as part of the October 2011 Stop the Machine protest that hopes to draw attention to the ongoing war in Afghanistan — which earlier this month reached the 10-year mark, making it the longest-going American war ever. Once at Freedom Plaza, West and dozens others marched through Washington to the Supreme Court building. A spokesperson for the high court confirmed that West was one of 19 people arrested for refusing to the leave the grounds. Video shows that protesters remained peaceful as they sat on the steps of the courthouse awaiting arrest. Speaking from the steps of the building, West told a crowd of protesters and reporters, “We want to bear witness today that we know the relation between corporate greed and what goes on too often in the Supreme Court decision. We want to send a lesson to ourselves, to our loved ones, our families, our communities, our nation and the world that out of deep love for working and poor people that we are willing to put whatever it takes, even if we get arrested today, and say, we will not allow this day of Martin Luther King Jr’s memorial to go without somebody going to jail". Before his arrest, Dr. West told a reporter with NoCureForThat.org that the ongoing movement, approaching a full month of protests, has already reached historical status. “The question is where it will continue and what form it will take. THE INFAMOUS QUAD STUDIOS REOPENS IN NEW YORK FOR BUSINESS

A legendary recording studio that is steeped in Hip-Hop folk lore will reopen this weekend in New York City. Quad Studios will reopen their doors to unveil a brand new recording studio next weekend, in a newly renovated space in Times Square. The recording studio is the site where legendary rap star Tupac Shakur was originally shot in 1994, setting off a chain of events that would eventually lead to the deaths of both Shakur (1996) and Biggie Smalls (1997). Outside of the infamous incident involving Tupac, the Quad Studios was already historical studio that produced dozens of gold and platinum album over the past 30 years. Artists like Rihanna, Coldplay, Whitney Houston, Jay-Z, LL Cool J, Shabba Ranks, Gerald Levert, Bob Dylan and others have recorded in the studio. An invitation-only event will take place Friday (October 21) from 7:00PM-10:00PM. Rick Ross has apparently been released from a Birmingham, Alabama Hospital. The rap star’s close associate DJ Khaled tweeted a picture of the pair earlier this evening in Memphis, along with a message. “My brother ROZAY!!IS GOOD!!!” DJ Khaled tweeted.The tweet came with a picture of Ross, manager Gucci Pucci and Khaled in front of Ross’s Wing Stop restaurant in Memphis, TN. Ross suffered his first seizure on Friday as he traveled by plane from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to Memphis. He was released from a local hospital a short time later. He then attempted to make the show in Memphis, but was stricken by another seizure on a private jet, that was forced to land in Birmingham. He was released from a local hospital a short time later. Some reports have suggested the rapper has been using marijuana and cocaine, while others have claimed the rap star has been living an unhealthy lifestyle.  Reps for Rick Ross have denied allegations that drug use caused the rapper to have the seizures. NOT A GOOD WEEK FOR RAPPERS: TONE LOC COLLAPSES IN ATL

Popular 1980s rapper Tone Loc collapsed on stage during a concert last night (October 15).
The rapper hit the stage for a performance in Atlanta, but the performance was halted when the rapper passed out. According to reports, the rapper suffered from exhaustion and was transported to a local hospital  where he was treated. In May 2009, a similar incident occurred involving Tone Loc at an outdoor concert in Florida. Tone Loc, born Anthony Terrell Smith, collapsed and had a seizure because of overheating and that incident, transported to a hospital via ambulance.Tone Loc is best known for his hit 80s singles “Wild thing” and “Funky Cold Medina.”He has also starred in a handful of movies, including “Uncle Buck,” “Poetic Justice” “Ace Ventura: Pet Detective” and “Heat.”Earlier this month, Tone Loc pleaded guilty to corporal injury to a spouse, cohabitant or child’s parent and possession of an assault weapon, after a June 18 altercation with the mother of his child. UPDATE: RICK ROSS A NO SHOW IN NC AFTER SECOND SEIZURE

Word is Rick Ross did not take the stage as scheduled in Greensboro, N.C tonight. A spokesman at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex said the rapper, who suffered seizures in two different incidents on Friday, would not be performing at a homecoming concert tonight, reports the local Fox station, WGHP. According to the station's website, Andrew Brown said the Coliseum received word of the cancellation around 6:45 p.m. Ross had a seizure Friday morning on a flight from Fort Lauderdale to Memphis, where he had been scheduled to perform that evening. After the flight made an emergency landing so Ross could be taken to a Florida hospital, the rapper was released and then boarded a private plane to resume his journey to Tennessee. However, he reportedly suffered a second seizure and the private jet landed in Birmingham, Ala., where the performer was taken to a hospital again. No updates on his condition have been reported. RICK ROSS RECOVERS FROM SECOND SEIZURE NOW HEADED 2 NC!!!

Rick Ross will perform tonight as scheduled, despite a serious medical scare yesterday, this according to the venue he is supposed to perform at.

As TMZ first reported, Ross was hospitalized twice for seizures as he tried to travel to Memphis for a show last night. He never ended up performing.

Ross is slated to perform at the Greensboro Coliseum in North Carolina as part of homecoming at North Carolina A&T State University. According to an employee at the venue, Ross' people called the venue this morning to confirm that he is doing better and will be on stage as planned tonight.

Calls to Ross' reps were not returned.
